Dayle Blair is a Tax Lawyer and CPA who represents clients in a wide variety of tax matters. The services he offers include tax audit representation, entity formation, U.S. tax compliance, tax collection negotiation and defense, Foreign Bank Account Reporting (FBAR) and Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) matters, Form 5471, tax preparation, tax litigation, Section 965, GILTI and other comprehensive tax-related services. Dayle primarily focuses on tax resolution and has negotiated many cases before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Tax Administration of Jamaica. As a Jamaican Chartered Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, he is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and Federal District Court and all courts of Jamaica. Dayle is also a Certified Acceptance Agent for the IRS.

Dayle’s education was received from Harvard Business School Executive Education, along with a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Howard University. Additionally, he holds an LLB from the University of London, and a LLM from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in International Taxation. Dayle also holds a Masters in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Dayle was the Principal Financial Officer for the Ministry of Finance in Jamaica. While at the Ministry he had financial responsibility for the Jamaican revenue authorities, and was integral in implementing the Jamaican Tax Registration Number, a system which mirrors the United States Social Security Number. He was also a member of the Board of Directors for the Bank of Jamaica and The Financial Services Commission of Jamaica.

Dayle is an experienced tax auditor of both large and small businesses. He also has experience preparing tax returns for both individuals and businesses for the United States and Jamaica. Currently, he focuses on tax compliance and controversy for businesses and individuals, operating from the firm Global Tax Services; a firm in the business of resolving person’s tax issues by eliminating and mitigating their liabilities with the IRS and other tax authorities for both local and international clients.

Dayle is a member of the American Bar Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers.
